Terms of service

These terms cover the use of UNIT23 services during beta. They are written in plain English. If you need a signed enterprise agreement, contact us.

Beta service

UNIT23 is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is, without uptime or latency guarantees. Enterprise SLAs are available under a separate contract.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material or content that sexualises minors.
• Malware, phishing kits, or attacks on computer systems.
• Activity that violates the licence of an upstream open-source model.
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for abuse, attempted circumvention of rate limits, or credible reports of prohibited use.

Billing

Usage is invoiced in USD. Prices listed on the site are current at time of publication and may change during beta. Existing committed-volume agreements are honoured for their contract term.

Liability

UNIT23 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months.
